These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Home Design, an AI room design and interior redesign preview service. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service

AI Home Design allows users to upload room photos, select room types and interior design styles, and generate AI room design previews. Results are AI-generated and should be treated as design inspiration, not architectural, engineering, legal, or safety advice.

Accounts and Credits

Some features require an account. Paid plans or credit packs may be required for HD exports, no-watermark downloads, additional variations, or priority generation. Credits may be deducted when a generation task starts. Failed generation tasks should be refunded where technically possible.

User Content

You are responsible for the images and prompts you upload. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use uploaded content. Do not upload illegal, infringing, sensitive, or harmful content.

Generated Outputs

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment obligations, you may use generated room design outputs for personal or commercial planning purposes. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, unique, suitable for construction, or free from visual defects.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Abuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass service limits.
• Upload content that infringes rights or violates applicable law.
• Use the service to create harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.
• Resell access to the service without permission.

Payments

Prices, credits, and plan details may change. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Refunds are handled according to the policy shown at purchase and applicable law.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI generation may fail, time out, produce unexpected results, or depend on third-party model providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Home Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
